ADVISORY PACKAGE TERMS

You (the “Client”) acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the following terms and conditions in connection with the Services to be provided by Oliver Degnan LLC d/b/a Amplified Leadership (the “Advisor”).

1. Leadership Growth Package

The mastery modules are part of the purchased service package but are not required to be learned and discussed during any session. The purpose of each session is to ensure that timely and strategic advice is given to meet pressing business and leadership growth objectives and opportunities. If no pressing business and leadership development matters are discussed, the session time will be used to cover an advisory module.

Advice provided on executive job search and career playbook formulation does not guarantee job placement.

The client can bring any pressing topic to a session for discussion and exploration.

Phone support can be used in moderation and is not a substitute for a full session. Use it when quick advice related to business or leadership development is needed. Calls should not exceed 15 minutes in length, and no more than two calls should be made between sessions.

2. Leadership Resilience Package

The executive modules are part of the purchased service package but are not required to be learned and discussed during any session. The purpose of each session is to ensure that timely and strategic advice is given to meet pressing business and leadership growth objectives and opportunities. If no pressing business and leadership development matters are discussed, the session time will be used to cover an advisory module.

The client can bring any pressing topic to a session for discussion.

The client can bring any pressing topic to a session for discussion and exploration.

4. Executive Job Search Package

Advice provided on executive job search and career playbook formulation does not guarantee job placement. Dr. Oliver Degnan, Dr. Oliver Degnan LLC, and Amplified Leadership Corporation will not be responsible for any job search results and outcomes. This is due to their lack of control over the client’s effort, devotion, performance during job searches, job interviews, and job negotiations.

5. "Never Burnout Again" Online Training Course

5.1 Course Content and Delivery

The "Never Burnout Again" online training course includes digital content, video modules, live group coaching sessions, tracking tools, and bonus materials as described in the course outline. All course content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is based on general principles and strategies. Individual results may vary significantly.

5.2 No Guarantee of Results

Client acknowledges and agrees that Advisor makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding any specific outcomes, results, or benefits from participation in the "Never Burnout Again" course. The effectiveness of the course content depends entirely on the Client's individual circumstances, effort, implementation, and commitment to applying the strategies taught. Advisor expressly disclaims any guarantee that Client will experience reduced burnout, improved productivity, enhanced leadership performance, or any other specific outcome.

5.3 Medical and Health Disclaimer

The course content is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of burnout, stress, depression, anxiety, or any other medical or psychological condition. Client acknowledges that burnout may be related to underlying medical or psychological conditions that require professional medical attention. Client is advised to consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making any decisions related to their health, wellness, or medical treatment. The Advisor is not a licensed medical or mental health professional and does not provide medical or psychological treatment.

5.4 Individual Responsibility

Client acknowledges sole responsibility for implementing course strategies and techniques in a manner appropriate to their specific situation, workplace, and personal circumstances. The Client assumes all risks associated with the application of course content and agrees that any decisions made based on course materials are made at the Client's own discretion and risk.

5.5 Live Session Participation

Participation in live group coaching sessions is subject to scheduling availability and technical requirements. The Advisor reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Live sessions will be recorded and made available for replay to all enrolled members. Client participation in group sessions may be recorded for educational purposes. By participating, the Client consents to the recording of their contributions and to their use for educational materials and social media advertising by the Advisor and the Company.

5.6 Technology and Access Limitations

Course content is delivered through digital platforms and online systems. The Advisor is not responsible for technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, platform outages, or other technology-related problems that may affect the Client's access to course materials. While Advisor will make reasonable efforts to ensure system availability, no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted access to course content.

5.7 Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, written content, tracking systems, frameworks, and bonus materials, are proprietary to Advisor and protected by intellectual property laws. Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes. Client may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise use course materials for commercial purposes without express written authorization from the Advisor.

5.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advisor's total liability arising from or related to the "Never Burnout Again" course, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability, shall not exceed the amount paid by Client for the course. In no event shall Advisor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury, even if Advisor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5.9 Course Modifications

Advisor reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the course content, delivery methods, or included materials at any time without prior notice. Such modifications do not entitle the Client to a refund or compensation.

5.10 Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided after course purchase, regardless of course completion status or Client satisfaction with results achieved.
